Hallo


Ein paar Sätze und Fragen

As you can see the hotel service  fulfilled my expectations.

Unforunately a lot of the the prospect statements (?) don't correspond with the reality.

Der Service hatte meine Erwartungen vollständig erfüllt: The service fullfiled my expextations entirely /complteleye/whole (?)

Special disappointed I was when I realized that the Festival only takes place in the summer.

I was looking forward to go(in?) swimming in the hotel pool.

For this unpleasantness,  I expect a compensation. I hope you will also adapt the brochure, to spare the people from a similar rude awakening as I had to experience.

Zuerst mal: Beachte doch bitte den Satzbau, der im Englischen anders ist als im Deutschen. Aber das hatte ich schon öfter mal angesprochen.

Das ist grammatikalisch soweit okay.

Besser: []Werbeaussage

Satzbau: Das Adverb steht nicht am Ende. Und schau mal []hier, das kann man besser formulieren.

Das ist absolut Deutscher Satzbau.

Warum nimmst du nicht direkt  "to swim"?
